Who we are
Set up to solve the shift that could not be staffed
AM Solution and Manpower was registered in 2024 in Seeduwa, ten minutes from the airport and in the middle of the factories, hotels and distribution hubs that make up the western corridor. It exists because operations managers were losing days to the same problems: turnover, sudden cadre shortages, EPF/ETF and labour-law exposure, and daily supervision that pulled them off their real work.
The firm is led by Suresh Pushpakumara, founder / lead hr consultant, whose team has run HR and manpower operations for some of Sri Lanka's larger FMCG, retail, logistics and manufacturing names.
