Warehouse helpers at a loading bay

Industries

Built for the sectors where a missing worker stops the line

Three sectors, one thing in common: the shift has to be staffed today. These are the cadres we place, and the operations we place them in.

Stewards at work in a hotel kitchen's washing section

01 · Hospitality and catering

Kitchens that never run short at service

Hotels, industrial caterers and high-volume restaurant chains lose service quality the moment stewarding falls behind. We supply physically verified, disciplined kitchen and back-of-house teams who can be rostered across shifts and replaced without a gap.

Typical requirements

The shapes of work we are asked for most

Hospitality and catering

Airport catering, two shifts

A flight-kitchen contract needs twelve stewards across morning and evening shifts with transport and meals arranged. Sourced, screened and on site inside two weeks.

Hospitality and catering

Seasonal hotel peak

A resort adds thirty back-of-house heads for the December season under Model 01, then scales down in February without severance exposure.

Manufacturing and FMCG

New packaging line

An FMCG plant adds a second line and needs ten machine helpers and packers for a rotating shift, with lodging for outstation candidates. Model 01 with the one-time per-head fee for the expansion.

Manufacturing and FMCG

Whole shop floor outsourced

A mid-size manufacturer hands recruitment, supervision, payroll and EPF/ETF for its floor cadre to AM Solution under Model 03 and keeps only its engineering staff in-house.

Logistics and warehousing

Peak-season dispatch

A distribution hub doubles its loading crew for eight weeks before the festive season. Contract heads under Model 01, billed every fifteen days for those on the roster.

Logistics and warehousing

3PL warehouse cadre

A third-party logistics operator keeps a fixed cadre of forty under Model 02: policies, audits and unlimited replacements for a flat monthly fee.
